Class Description
Reformer SWEAT is an open-level, cardio-driven class that combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of low-impact jumping. Using the jumpboard as the primary prop, this 50-minute full-body workout will challenge your endurance, elevate your heart rate, and leave you dripping in that signature Yu Pilates glow. Expect powerful sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and tone while improving coordination and stamina. Get ready to jump, move, and sweat — a fun, energising class designed to build lasting strength and resilience. (Not suitable for clients 12+ weeks pregnant.) TIME : 50 MIN LEVEL : ALL LEVELS

Yu Pilates – Booking Policy & Terms of Service By completing a booking or purchasing a pricing plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions of Yu Pilates by Nicole. 1. General Agreement All bookings, sessions, and memberships are subject to theTerms and Conditions and the General Studio Rules displayed on the Yu Pilates website. Participation in any Yu Pilates activity constitutes acceptance of these terms. 2. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be booked in advance through the official Yu Pilates booking platform (website or mobile app). Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Yu Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for operational reasons, with prior notice whenever possible. Packages, credits, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made within the time frame stated in the studio’s cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of that session. Repeated late cancellations may affect booking privileges. 4. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason preventing safe exercise. Inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or medical conditions before class. Yu Pilates accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during participation. 5. Studio Etiquette Please arrive at least five minutes before class. Entry may not be permitted after the session starts. Mobile devices must remain silent. Proper attire and grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. 6. Liability Yu Pilates by Nicole, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises or participating in classes. 7. Updates Yu Pilates reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version is available on the Yu Pilates website. By confirming your booking or purchasing a pricing plan, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted Yu Pilates’ General Terms and Conditions.
