Reformer (Tower) FOUNDATION

New to Reformer Pilates or ready to strengthen your foundations? This 50-minute class builds focus, awareness, and precision through mindful yet challenging sequences that introduce you to the core Pilates principles. You’ll learn correct body alignment and safe use of the Reformer and Tower while moving through purposeful, full-body flows that ignite strength and control.

Perfect for beginners who want to start strong — and for intermediate clients who crave a tempo with deep muscle engagement and technical refinement. Expect to leave centered, energised, and already feeling the burn.

Reformer (Tower) POWER

Reformer Power is designed for intermediate and advanced clients ready to push their limits. This 50-minute full-body session blends strength, control, and endurance through dynamic Reformer and Tower sequences that challenge every muscle group. Expect a creative mix of resistance and props to sculpt, lengthen, and define your body while refining balance and alignment.

Prepare to drip, sculpt, and power up — this class delivers the burn with precision and flow. (Not suitable for clients 12+ weeks pregnant.)

Reformer (JumpBoard) SWEAT

Reformer SWEAT is an open-level, cardio-driven class that combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of low-impact jumping. Using the jumpboard as the primary prop, this 50-minute full-body workout will challenge your endurance, elevate your heart rate, and leave you dripping in that signature Yu Pilates glow. Expect powerful sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and tone while improving coordination and stamina.

Get ready to jump, move, and sweat — a fun, energising class designed to build lasting strength and resilience. (Not suitable for clients 12+ weeks pregnant.)

In this 50-minute session, you’ll use the Reformer and Tower to target deep abdominal muscles, stabilise the spine, and build powerful postural strength. Expect controlled, precise movements that challenge balance and endurance while keeping your core constantly engaged.

This class is ideal for those who want to improve form, enhance performance, and feel that deep Yu Pilates burn — centred, strong, and unstoppable.
